IT DOES not matter if Slim 10 importers Health Biz, its director, Semon Liu, and the distributor of the slimming pill, TV Media, go bust – Andrea De Cruz is likely to get all the S$900,000 (RM2mil) in damages that she has been awarded by the High Court.
The court’s judgment, delivered last Saturday, allows her to claim the money from all or one of the parties she sued, said lawyers familiar with the case.
