HONG KONG: Hong Kong unveiled a new money-for-residency programme yesterday to woo rich foreign investors, saying it would bring in badly-needed cash to help revitalise its struggling economy.
Under the scheme, foreigners must invest at least HK$6.5mil (RM3.16mil) in real estate and financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds and subordinated debt.
