MANILA: A citizens' anti-corruption watchdog has launched a report-a-mistress campaign in the Philippines as part of efforts to end corrupt practices of government officials and employees, officials said yesterday.
The Citizens' Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) said the campaign encourages people who have information about illicit affairs of Cabinet members, legislators, police and military officers and other government officials to file a report.
