TOKYO: All six members of an elite Japanese university social club admitted yesterday in court that they gang-raped women, but denied their crimes were premeditated, as claimed by prosecutors.
The group routinely and systematically made young women drink alcohol at parties to make them heavily drunk before raping them, prosecutors said at the Tokyo District Court.
