A NETWORK of giant tunnels being built to improve Singapore's sewerage facilities and free up more land could raise a giant stink instead.
To tackle this threat from the Public Utilities Board's (PUB) Deep Tunnel Sewerage System, researchers are developing odour-busting methods.
