PHNOM PENH: Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, the clear winner of last weekend's poll, upped the ante in a post-election deadlock yesterday, telling rivals who are refusing to enter a coalition they have 24 hours to rethink.
Vote tallies are now in from 98% of the country, the National Election Commission said, showing Hun Sen's ruling Cambodian People's Party (CPP) in front with 47% of the vote.
