NEW DELHI: A pair of newly born conjoined twins have been abandoned in India after their parents refused to care for them, a report said yesterday.
The 35-day-old twin boys are being looked after by hospital staff in New Delhi's prestigious All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences, the Hindustan Times reported.
