HONG KONG: A Cambodian casino owned by a businessman friend of Prime Minister Hun Sen is refusing to pay US$2mil (RM7.6mil) to a group of gamblers here who it says cheated, a news report said yesterday.
Naga Resorts and Casino Ltd, owned by Malaysian businessman Chen Lip Keong, has taken a High Court action here to prove it does not have to pay the money won in its seven-storey floating casino in Phnom Penh.
