JAKARTA: Indonesian authorities are to close the conflict-hit province of Aceh to foreigners following the shooting of two German tourists last week, a report said yesterday as authorities claimed a new death toll of 150.
Security minister Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, speaking in northern Aceh's Lhokseumawe, said the move to be made within two days would protect foreigners and keep them away from military strikes on rebels, Media Indonesia reported.
