A LARGE-SCALE ancient ruins park at the site of the famed terracotta army – described as the eighth wonder of the world - will be built later this year in the ancient capital of Xian, which is also capital of north-west China's Shaanxi Province.
The feasibility report on the construction of the park at the site of the mausoleum of the Qin (221-207BC) Emperor Shihuang Ti, China's first emperor, was approved by the state council last month and construction will soon get under way, according to an official source with the provincial development and reform department.
