MANILA: Philippine authorities will seek Malaysia’s help in tracking the source of a large explosives haul near the sea border in the south, Filipino navy chief Vice-Admiral Ernesto de Leon said yesterday.
Philippine police and marines detained four residents and seized a large cache of materials for making explosives off Bongao, the provincial capital of the Tawi-Tawi island group on Sunday.
