JAKARTA: The man said to have taken over leadership of the Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) terror group has admitted planning a series of bombings in Indonesia and the Philippines, a report said yesterday.
Abu Rusdan had admitted leading planning meetings, the Jakarta Post quoted national detective chief Erwin Mappaseng as saying. No details were given of the plots.
