HONG KONG: Five more people have died of SARS, bringing the territory's total to 40 as the disease continues to spread, health officials said yesterday.
The government said Hong Kong Chief Executive Tung Chee-hwa met with Chinese President Hu Jintao in the border city of Shenzhen on Saturday to brief him about Hong Kong's problems with Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.
