DAVAO: Bombs exploded outside three mosques in the southern Philippine city of Davao yesterday just hours after a blast in a nearby wharf left 16 people dead in what have been described as terrorist acts.
The mosque bombings preceded President Gloria Arroyo's arrival in predominantly Christian Davao to meet with investigators and inspect the damage from the deadly blast on late Wednesday.
