BANGKOK: Thailand tightened restrictions yesterday on travellers arriving from areas affected by a deadly pneumonia outbreak, warning it would deny entry to foreigners exhibiting symptoms and order others to wear face masks.
The ministry also reiterated a Tuesday order that Thais returning from five countries and territories heavily affected by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) stay home for 14 days.
