MANILA: Roman Catholic church leader Cardinal Jaime Sin, who helped oust two Philippine presidents over alleged corruption, was brought to a hospital yesterday after experiencing convulsions apparently set off by a recent stroke, his spokesman said.
Sin, 74, was in stable condition and undergoing a series of tests, including a CT scan, to determine the cause of the convulsions, said Bishop Socrates Villegas.
