JAKARTA: Indonesia's parliament passed yesterday an anti-terror law that civil rights groups said could lead to widespread detention of innocent people.
The vote put into law regulations issued by President Megawati Sukarnoputri just days after the Oct 12 Bali bombings that killed 202 people, most of them foreign tourists.
