CHINA'S central government passed two draft regulations on Wednesday covering Sino-overseas co-operation in schools, and safety supervision on boilers, pressurised containers, lifts and other specialised equipment.
The draft regulations were passed at the 68th executive meeting of the state council, presided over by Premier Zhu Rongji.
