PHNOM PENH: Cambodia's royalist Funcinpec party yesterday mourned one of their top officials, shot down in broad daylight in the capital in what it described as an assassination ahead of July elections.
The party's flag was at half-staff yesterday morning as hundreds of Funcinpec members paid their respects to Om Radsady, killed on a street here as he was leaving a lunchtime meeting on Tuesday.
