ZHOU HAIYING, the son of Lu Xun, one of China's best-known writers, has won a copyright lawsuit in connection with his autobiography Lu Xun and Me in 70 years.
The No.1 People's Intermediate Court of Shanghai has allowed the plaintiff, Shui Weiting, the editor of the book, to drop his claim to a share of the copyright.
