SINGAPORE and China have agreed to set up an airport management academy and launch a scholarship to foster closer ties between their civil aviation sectors, the government said yesterday.
“The scholarship and the academy will enable both Singapore and China to mutually benefit through the sharing of our knowledge and experiences,” Transport Minister Yeo Cheow Tong said in a statement.
