BANGKOK: Cambodia and Thailand embarked on the process of rebuilding their tattered ties yesterday, which plummeted to a low in the wake of last week's anti-Thai riots in Phnom Penh.
Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong held talks with Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, after which Thaksin told reporters he believed Cambodians had “done their best” to respond to Thailand's demands following the riots.
