Rafizi, Nik Nazmi to announce political direction on Sunday (May 17), invites the public

KLANG: Former PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli and former PKR vice president Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad will announce their next move in politics this Sunday (May 17).

The Pandan MP said the past year has given them both time to consider various views, considerations and factors in deciding their next political direction.

"The announcement will be made at the PJ Performing Arts Centre at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, at 2pm. The event is open to the public.

"I invite Malaysians from all over the country and from various backgrounds, who want to nurture a progressive political trend, to attend this ceremony," he said in a statement on Wednesday (May 13).

Those interested in attending were required to register at the link: https://forms.gle/NUER91Fcu4.

Rafizi and Nik Nazmi lost in the last PKR party elections and subsequently vacated their Cabinet positions.

Both had failed to retain and defend the deputy president and vice president posts, respectively.
