KOTA KINABALU: With meteorologists forecasting bad weather to continue up to Dec 2, the concern is whether those in flood-prone areas will be able to go out and vote in the Sabah polls.

Sociopolitical analyst Datuk Prof Awang Azman Awang Pawi said heavy rain on polling day would reshape turnout levels, with this reinforcing vote splitting.
