KOTA KINABALU: Early voter turnout across the state was over 92% yesterday.
The early election from 8am to 5pm saw over 17,615 voters, comprising uniformed personnel from the police, general operations force (GOF) and armed forces as well as their spouses, coming out to fulfil their duties.
