PETALING JAYA: A former judicial commissioner has claimed trial at the Magistrate’s Court here to two counts of molesting a 28-year-old woman in January.
Datuk Mohamad Shariff Abu Samah, 63, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read out to him before Magistrate Farah Azura Mohd Saad on Monday.
