National Courier Day 2025 sees launch of industry's first code of practice


SHAH ALAM: A new Code of Practice for Postal Services (CPPS) has been launched to boost service standards and consumer protection in the postal and courier industry.

The code, which was the first in the industry, was officiated by Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil during the National Courier Day 2025 celebration at the Shah Alam Convention Centre on Saturday (1 Nov).
