PUTRAJAYA: Negotiations on the distribution of seats between Pakatan Harapan and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) for the 17th Sabah State Election are at the final stage, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
The Pakatan secretary-general also confirmed that negotiations between the collation and and Barisan Nasional have been completed.
