Bukit Aman nabs seven for suspected seditious social media posts


PETALING JAYA: Investigations into social media postings that could potentially incite civil unrest have led to the arrest of seven people in separate incidents by Bukit Aman.

In a statement on Monday (Oct 6), Bukit Aman Criminal Investigations Department director Comm Datuk M. Kumar said that the arrests were made between Sept 17 and Sunday following investigations into videos that had been uploaded on TikTok and Facebook.
