KUALA LUMPUR: The operating licence of a lorry company involved in the recent fatal accident at the Bukit Kajang toll plaza has been revoked.
The Land Public Transport Agency (Apad) said investigations found that the company failed to install a GPS device on the lorry and neglected to prioritise the safety of other road users.
