CAAM, MetMalaysia sign agreement to boost aviation safety


PUTRAJAYA: The Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) have signed the Air Traffic Service Coordination Procedures (ATSCP) to improve aviation safety, response to severe weather and decision-making.

The agreement will give air traffic controllers better access to real-time meteorological data via an integrated online platform.
