KOTA KINABALU: More efforts are needed to help inmates integrate into society once they leave prison, says the Sabah and Labuan Prisons director.

Deputy Comm of Prisons Tey Hock Soon said statistics show that the recidivism rate is still considered high nationwide, especially for drug-related offences.
