Bus crashes into two vehicles, lorry driver seriously injured


MELAKA: A lorry driver sustained serious leg injuries after an express bus carrying nine passengers collided with the lorry and a lorry trailer at KM220.5 on the North-South Expressway (PLUS) northbound early on Monday (Aug 4).

Melaka Zone 2 Fire and Rescue Department chief Fire Superintendent Zulkhairani Ramli said the 23-year-old driver of the seven-tonne lorry sustained injuries to his right leg after being pinned to his seat in the incident, which occurred at around 1am.
