Sabah district office staff held for graft


KOTA KINABALU: A quantity surveyor was arrested on suspicion of receiving bribes of more than RM200,000 from contractors to help them secure projects undertaken by the district office where he works.

The 30-something man was arrested at the Sabah headquarters of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) at about 7pm on Tuesday when he turned up to give his statement.
