KUALA LUMPUR: Carrying out major reforms is a gradual process that requires consensus from within the unity government, said Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Prime Minister acknowledged that there have been questions over the pace of reforms under his administration, with progress in some areas not as fast as some had hoped for.
