Jail, rotan and deportation for raping stepdaughter

SANDAKAN: An Indonesian labourer was jailed 15 years and ordered to be given 12 strokes of the rotan for raping his stepdaughter several times this year.

The 44-year-old was handed the sentence yesterday after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting the girl four times between January and May.
