JOHOR BARU: For almost 10 years, Lee Wei Shiang has been running a small electrical business here to help raise his family.

However, things took a turn for the worse in 2020 when he suddenly felt sharp pains in his chest and was rushed to a hospital where he was diagnosed with heart failure.
