Couple escapes unhurt after car hits elephant in Johor

JOHOR BARU: A married couple had a frightening experience when their vehicle hit an elephant at KM50 of the Johor Baru-Mersing road last night.

Kota Tinggi District Police Chief Supt Yusof Othman said in the 9.20pm incident, the couple, aged 38 and 40, was travelling from Kota Tinggi to Mersing.
