On the first charge, the accused was found to have raped the almost 16-year-old daughter of a person known to him at 12.10am on Feb 13.

The offence took place in a house on Jalan Kapor here.

On the second charge, he was accused of committing a similar offence at the same place at 2.45pm on Feb 17.

Both offences were framed under Section 376(1) of the Penal Code, which carries a jail sentence of up to 20 years and caning upon conviction.
