Some congestion reported on highways Sunday morning


PETALING JAYA: Traffic flow on highways on the peninsula is experiencing congestion in certain areas on Sunday (March 30) morning as travellers make their way home for Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.

Major highways, including the North-South Expressway, are experiencing slow-moving traffic.

Congestion is reported at several locations, northbound from Slim River to Sungkai and slow moving traffic eastbound on the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (E8).

However, traffic is smooth and under control along the Lekas Highway (E21) heading to Seremban.

Traffic is still under control despite these delays and authorities are available to ensure safety and assist motorists.
