JOHOR BARU: Johor is “racing” to implement the elevated Automated Rapid Transit (ART) to tackle the chronic traffic congestion here, says state executive councillor Lee Ting Han.
The Johor investment, trade, consumer affairs and human resources committee chairman said Johor Baru was the only city involved in the Cabinet’s committee that addresses traffic congestion in the country, underscoring the severity of the problem.
