Kolej Vokasional murder case: Accused admits punching, kicking victim out of frustration


TAWAU: The sixth accused in the murder of Kolej Vokasional Lahad Datu student, Mohamad Nazmie Aizzat Mohd Narul Azwan, also known as Ijat, admitted before the High Court on Thursday that he had punched and kicked the victim in the 5 Belian dormitory room out of frustration over the victim’s actions.

The teenager, who is the eighth defence witness, said his frustration stemmed from the victim’s alleged theft of money from other students, despite their close friendship.
