DOSH orders rubber plant to stop work after two killed in explosion


TANGKAK: The Johor Occupational Safety and Health Department (DOSH) has ordered the rubber manufacturing and processing plant here to stop work after an explosion killed two and injured seven on Monday (Feb 24).

State director Jaafar Leman said that the notice of prohibition issued prohibits all work involving centrifugation machines and operations at the site until a full investigation is completed.
