IPOH: Serial litterbugs must be prepared to wear a special uniform while cleaning the streets, drains and public areas after the new law on community service sentences is enforced this year, says Nga Kor Ming.
The Housing and Local Government Minister said that while carrying out the sentence, the offenders would be required to wear uniforms that may be inscribed with “I am a litterbug”.
