SHAH ALAM: A total of 22 people linked to GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISB), including its chief executive officer Datuk Nasiruddin Mohd Ali, claimed trial at the High Court here to being part of an organised crime group.
They claimed trial to the charges under Section 130V(1) of the Penal Code, an offence punishable with imprisonment of between five and 20 years, upon conviction.
