Victims’ families to get financial help


MELAKA: Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) has said it will provide appropriate assistance to the families of two students who were involved in a fatal accident on the North-South Expressway yesterday.

UTeM vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Massila Kamalrudin said the university would also assist in the process of transporting the remains of Nurul Syafiqah Nasruddin and Nurhanis Afryna Azizan, both aged 19, to their respective hometowns in Gemencheh, Negri Sembilan and Muadzam Shah, Pahang.
