Dr Wee is set to address key issues at the 11th GLA Conference in Bangkok


PETALING JAYA: Transportation and the halal industry will be among the key points during Datuk Dr Seri Wee Ka Siong's speech at the 11th Global Logistics Alliance (GLA) Conference in Bangkok, Thailand.

"(I had a) conversation with the GLA President, Grace Sun Wenfang, in conjunction with the conference,” wrote the MCA president in a Facebook post on Friday (Nov 22).

Dr Wee said he would deliver his speech at the conference's launch on Saturday (Nov 23).

"Tomorrow morning, I will deliver a speech focusing on logistics, particularly land and rail transportation, as well as the halal industry, which is closely associated with Malaysia," he said.
