Over 2,000 jobs on offer at Putrajaya Festival of Ideas

PETALING JAYA: More than 2,000 job opportunities will be offered during the Putrajaya Festival of Ideas (Putrajaya FOI) organised by the Higher Education Ministry.

The job opportunities will be made available through the MADANI Career Carnival, in collaboration with MYFutureJobs, involving more than 100 employers from various industries.

Among the participating companies are AirAsia, Standard Chartered, Gentari, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) and Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG).

“In addition to being a platform to secure dream jobs, the carnival will also provide career counselling services to enhance job interview success.

"On-the-spot interviews will also be offered for qualified candidates,” the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday (Nov 19).

Those attending are encouraged to bring updated resumes, certificates and related documents after registering at: https://eiscentre.perkeso.gov.my/careerfair/socsocareerfair/daftarjobseeker.php?id=NjM=

The inaugural Putrajaya FOI will be held at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC) from Nov 27 to 29.

It is an initiative aimed at popularising ideas and higher education on a large scale, as well as promoting Malaysia as a regional and global centre for intellectual discourse and innovation, the statement read.

The festival will also bring together experts, thinkers, leaders, academics, industries and the public to discuss and share innovative ideas and solutions to current challenges.
