Auxiliary cop killed in NSE crash


HULU SELANGOR: An auxiliary policeman was killed in a road accident after his motorcycle was hit by a car on Thursday (Nov 14).

The accident occurred at KM408 of the North-South Expressway, Hulu Selangor OCPD Supt Ahmad Faizal Tahrim said in a statement on Friday (Nov 15).

He said investigations found that the car, driven by a 24-year-old individual, spun out of control after hitting the 51-year-old victim.

"The victim was flung towards a nearby hillside," he added.

According to Supt Ahmad Faizal, the car involved in the incident had been impounded for further investigation.
