DEEPAVALI - the Festival of Lights is traditionally a Hindu festival that symbolises triumph of light over darkness, it is widely celebrated across Malaysia, transcending racial and religious lines.

With the festival only a couple of days away, many have been busy decorating their homes and preparing delicious treats for the auspicious day.

Shops and malls have also adorned their premises with colourful decorations and vast yet intricately designed kolams.
